Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve food products and processes in line with company objectives and market trends.
• Conduct experiments and produce sample products, utilizing a range of raw materials and food processing technologies.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards in the development and modification of food products.
• Analyze food content, quality, and stability to ensure they meet consumer needs and shelf-life expectations.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold safety standards in all production stages.
• Document all phases of research and development processes and present findings to management teams.
• Work closely with marketing and consumer insights teams to understand customer preferences and market demand.
• Assist in scaling up successful product prototypes to full production levels.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Food Technologist in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and processing technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
