1. ERP System Management: Oversee the deployment, integration, and configuration of the ERP system to meet the business needs. Work closely with department heads to ensure the ERP system aligns with operational requirements and is optimized for performance.
2. IT Infrastructure Management: Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems. Ensure that IT operations are secure, efficient, and scalable to meet the growing demands of the business.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
4. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure that all IT services and products meet company standards and requirements. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
5. Project Management: Lead and manage IT and ERP-related projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
6. Data Security and Compliance: Ensure the ERP system and IT infrastructure comply with relevant data security regulations and industry standards. Implement and maintain data protection policies and procedures.
7. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide high-level technical support for complex IT and ERP issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Proven experience (5+ years) in managing ERP systems and IT infrastructure.
· Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with ERP systems.
· Experience leading IT teams and managing projects.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Previous Knowledge in ODOO software and Primavera software is a plus
· Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
