KEY DIMENSIONS: SCOPE & SCALE


The Vaccines Activation Manager (VAM) is in charge of the promotion and implementation of the push-pull strategy in the given territory to ensure access to patients of Sanofi Vaccines portfolio through Private and/or Public channels. This is done through direct promotion and transparent dialogue with Healthcare Professionals in the Private sector as well as collaboration with public health officials at Provincial district and local levels (i.e. depot, vaccination centers, program managers) when appropriate..


S/He plays a central role in the introduction of a new vaccination into regional vaccination calendars but also the current existing vaccination program and respective implementation at the territorial level, executing strategies and identifing solutions that meet Public Health needs in the field of vaccine prevention, in accordance with Sanofi’s policies, strategies, corporate values and code of ethics so as to be recognized a Public Health partner.


  • The role will need to drive private and/or public markets in the country
  • S/He is responsible for the management of her/his territory / customers
  • Budget sales size in the country ~90 Me with projected growth including major launches (i.e. Beyfortus, Menquadfi, Flu HD)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Within the assigned geography, is responsible for executing customer-facing activities in alignment with the strategy set by the MCO
  • Is accountable for the implementation of regional operational plan to improve vaccines coverage
  • Promotes correct scientific information to Healthcare Professionals and technical bodies
  • Promotes integration among the various stakeholders involved in Vaccine Prevention Operational Plans.
  • Works closely with colleagues in Country Lead Functions, coordinating and facilitating territorial activities (regional operational plans) in order to maximize vaccine coverage and act as a partner with the Healthcare Professionals and technical bodies
  • Is fully accountable for the business objectives assigned to him/her effectively utilising and embedding a blend of multi-channel tools to support customer engagement, disease understanding and brand awareness
  • Manages, in collaboration with customer service, any customer issues and/or emergencies

  • Knowledge and Experience in the frame of public tenders, hospital business and healthcare dynamics
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the field
