Greif is a leading supplier of industrial packaging products and services, growing from its beginnings in Cleveland, Ohio, to a global footprint across more than 35 countries and 200-plus locations. In Arzew, Algeria our 40 colleagues produce steel drums for our customers.

Our team is seeking a temporary Warehouse Keeper to join our logistics department. In this role you're responsible for ensuring inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive orders, inspect quantities, documentation vs PO & supplier invoice, and record incoming stock timely in ERP system
• Manage and organize inventory storage
• Track and maintain inventory levels using ERP system (LN).
• Weekly & monthly reporting with the stock levels upon consumption.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup
• Ensure the store is kept clean, safe, and organized.
• Label storage areas clearly and ensure proper placement of items.
• Ensure to consume materials as per FIFO.
• Coordinate with suppliers ,track deliveries, and send stock replenishment request to purchasing officer.
• Perform regular inventory audits and report discrepancies
• Comply with company policies and safety regulations

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years experience in inventory management or a similar role

Knowledge and Skills

• Good knowledge in inventory management software and other relevant tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items
