About the role:



As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, selecting, and onboarding the best talent, both for our technical profiles and for our operational and support profiles, on a national and international scale.
You will report to the HR Director and oversee a team of multidisciplinary recruiters, ensuring their skill development while guaranteeing effective priority management. You will collaborate closely with department heads to understand their specific needs and define tailored recruitment strategies.

Tasks



+ Manage the entire recruitment process for a variety of profiles, ranging from developers (front-end, back-end, full-stack), to product managers, UX/UI designers, data professionals, as well as operational profiles (support, marketing, human resources, etc.).
+ Lead and support a team of recruiters, ensuring their skill development and guaranteeing optimal priority management.
+ Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to different roles and the company’s needs.
+ Establish efficient processes to optimize the candidate journey and improve the recruitment experience, taking into account feedback from candidates and hiring managers.
+ Work closely with department heads to understand the required profiles and anticipate short-, medium-, and long-term recruitment needs.
+ Track and analyze key performance indicators for the recruitment function and the recruiting teams (recruitment time, conversion rates, manager satisfaction) to ensure the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
+ At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with proven expertise in hiring technical profiles both nationally and internationally.
+ Experience in leading a team of recruiters and the ability to create a collaborative and dynamic working environment.
+ Proficiency in modern sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, GitHub, job board platforms) and an excellent ability to listen to and analyze the needs of hiring managers.
+ Autonomous, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
+ Capable of uniting a team around common objectives and maintaining strong relationships with various departments within the company.
+ Proficiency in both French and English, especially for recruiting international profiles.
