Position Overview
As a Social Media Strategist, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing the company’s social media presence across key platforms. This position involves developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, monitoring analytics, and fostering community engagement to align with the agency's marketing objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with agency goals and marketing plans.


  • Create, curate, and manage content (images, videos, and written posts) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.


  • Maintain a content calendar for consistent posting and timely engagement.


  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform features to optimize social media efforts.


  • Analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.


  • Engage with followers, responding to comments and fostering conversations to enhance brand loyalty.


  • Collaborate with content, creative, and paid media teams to align messaging across platforms.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience managing social media for brands or clients.


  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.


  • Ability to create visually engaging content; experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.


  • Strong copywriting skills that align with brand voice.


  • Proficiency in scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).


  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.


Bonus Skills:


  • Experience with paid social media advertising.


  • SEO knowledge as it applies to social media content.
