Job Description

This role is instrumental in driving HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices in Algeria.This role will be responsible for overseeing HR operations across both the factory and head office, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best HR practices. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage and develop a team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of four HR professionals: HRBP Commercial, HRBP Operation, Recruiter, and HR Coordinator.
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor, partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Algerian labor laws and HR best practices, providing guidance on employee relations, policies, and legal matters.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning programs.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures that foster a high-performance and inclusive work culture.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to align HR strategies with the broader MENA region.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Key Requirements:
  • Must be Algerian or have extensive experience working with Algerian HR policies and labor laws.
  • Proven experience in team management with the ability to mentor and develop HR professionals.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of Algerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in a multinational environment, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
