Sales Representative - Drill Bits



Join our Drill Bits team



Our team manufactures core bits and uses special drill strings with inner and outer barrels. We provide high-quality core samples for accurate reservoir analysis while controlling core acquisition costs.

Partner with the best



As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic area
Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice
Contributing to prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity
Working on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks
Handling diverse clients in a region
Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales
Leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders
Handling local focus on Small-Medium size territory

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Geology
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Drill Bits and Sales
Have good oral and written communication skills
Have good interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as proven analytical and organizational ability
Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Have effective problem identification and solution skills

The coworker I'm most proud of is the one that's facing these challenging times and dealing with it in the most positive way, really. He already has a heavy workload and has been forced to take on other duties now, like take care of his parents, and being a teacher to his kids. It's a lot for anyone to handle, and he does it with a smile and just a positive attitude. To me, it's great that he's humble enough to say, "Guys, this is what I can do, "this is what I can't do, this is when I can work, "this is when I can't work." I think a lot of us would be nervous to do that, in terms of maybe the feedback we'd be afraid of getting, or just the attitude people might have towards us, but I really respect that he sets realistic expectations and still gets his job done, even though he's facing all these challenges.
