We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations in Tunisia and Algeria. Based in Tunisia, the candidate will play a critical role in managing and developing distributor relationships, ensuring market growth, and driving revenue. This is a dynamic position for a motivated individual with a strong understanding of the sales process, market dynamics, and distributor management.
Key Responsibilities:
Distributor Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors in Tunisia and Algeria. Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide regular training, support, and performance feedback to distributors.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to local market conditions. Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in Tunisia and Algeria. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Market Development:
Drive the expansion of product presence in the assigned territories. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns. Conduct market analysis and provide insights for business planning and forecasting.
Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to regional leadership. Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless operations. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage budgets effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
5-8 years in sales, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or distribution-focused roles.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Languages:
Fluency in French and Arabic is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage distributors and drive results. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with the sales landscape in Tunisia and Algeria.
