We’re not just about serving people - we’re about creating a marketplace to bring people what they need while infusing social values.ABOUT THE ROLEOptimize the sale of Yassir products by developing the corporate customer portfolio in the sector;
Ensure the development and management of its customer portfolio.
TASKS
- Promote the company's services and contribute to the development of its brand awareness,
- Develop a portfolio of prospects,
- Analyze and understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions in coordination with the manager,
- Manage customer portfolio in compliance with procedures,
- Onboard new customers and train them on the application;
- Develop sales proposals in line with company policy,
- Participate in achieving business objectives and increasing sales.
- Meet variable targets set by line manager and management,
- Pass on invoices to customers on time,
- Monitor collection of unpaid invoices from the customer portfolio in collaboration with the Back-office Supervisor,
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma and/or training in Commerce - Marketing -;
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar position;
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques;
- Excellent knowledge of negotiation techniques;
- Computer skills;
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to listen, rigor and integrity;
- Sense of confidentiality
