Contribuer à l’élaboration des plans de travail annuels et sous-plans pertinents, notamment le plan d’approvisionnement ; Assister l’UGP dans la préparation du budget annuel et vérifier le respect des règles financières et procédures de dépenses du PNUD et des bailleurs de fonds du projet ; Assurer le suivi global des dépenses du projet au travers d’outils de gestion financière et tenir une matrice des dépenses actualisée sur toutes les activités du projet ; Préparer les révisions budgétaires et les ajustements financiers ; Appuyer la préparation de la correspondance du projet et la préparation des comptes-rendus de réunions, rapports d’activités et autres documents du projet ;

Minimum Education requirements



Un diplôme de l'enseignement secondaire est requis, ou Un diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, en administration publique ou dans un domaine équivalent sera pris en considération, mais il n'est pas obligatoire.
Minimum years of relevant work experience Un minimum de 3 années d’expérience pertinente (pour un diplôme universitaire) ou un minimum de 6 années d’expérience pertinente (pour un niveau secondaire) en gestion administrative et financière et ou gestion de projet.
Required skills Une maitrise de Microsoft Office, applications Windows, systèmes de gestion Web intégrés, feuilles de calcul et bases de données.
Une expérience en matière d’organisation d’événements, de réunions, incluant les aspects logistiques.

Une experience dans l’administration de projets à forte concentration d’activités de renforcement des capacités est un atout. Une expérience antérieure dans la gestion des projets de développement avec un financement de l’Union Européenne est un atout. Une expérience préalable avec le PNUD ou le Système des Nations Unies est un atout certain
