The role focuses on coordinating schedules, balancing workloads, and minimizing delays or downtime. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:Key Responsibilities:Responsible for effective production planning and development of optimal daily and weekly production schedules to meet demand using ERPResponsible for effective supply planning to meet demand.•Responsible for production and supply capacity management and resource utilization •Responsible for anticipating and managing the production and supply gaps •Responsible for the control of production performance and establishing mitigation plans.•Responsible for material requirements management.•Responsible for inventory management Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:University degree preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.3-5 years of experience in production planning and supply chain materials management.Very good command of SAP (ECC and APO).Good command of Microsoft tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. ​Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Strong team work skills to work closely with production, quality , distribution and procurement teams to align schedules.Strong problem solving skills to resolve conflicts or delays in the production and supply processes.Strong performance management to track and address bottlenecks.Strong Data analysis, reporting and software skills especially SAP. ​**Please apply with an English version of your CV**Post Closure Date: 3/01/2024Why GSK?
