Our client, a leading procurement technology platform, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to provide service delivery support for customers, manage supplier interactions, collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, and ensure smooth operational execution. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and adaptive professional with customer support and/or client success experience, strong written communication skills, and a proactive approach to stakeholder management.
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Engagement: Provide behind-the-scenes support for customers, primarily through the client’s platform, including email communication, calls, and Slack messaging. Act as the primary point of contact for customers’ needs, priorities, and negotiations.
Operational & Administrative Tasks: Handle tactical administrative and operational responsibilities, ensuring smooth procurement processes.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Interact with suppliers and other stakeholders to close out requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams, maintaining a feedback loop to optimize the customer experience.
Process Coordination: Assist in tracking procurement and contract negotiation requests, ensure timely follow-ups, and manage data entry tasks. Leverage the client’s proprietary software platform and workflows to complete contract negotiation requests, including key steps such as information gathering and coordinating signatures.

Effective Supplier Coordination: Manage interactions with suppliers and stakeholders, resolving inquiries quickly and accurately.
Strong Internal Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with Account Managers and other teams to enhance workflows.
Operational Efficiency: Complete administrative and tactical procurement tasks with precision and attention to detail while identifying areas for operational improvement.
Qualifications
Experience:
2+ years in customer support or customer success, ideally within a procurement, SaaS, or operational role.
Experience in stakeholder management, interacting with both external and internal stakeholders.
Skills:
Fluent written and verbal English for professional communication.
Strong email communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions with clarity and professionalism.
Experience using Slack, Google Suite, and other business tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and operational coordination skills.
