YOUR ROLE
- Responsible to inform and support the management team about all formal obligations under the Law on SHE and Risk at work and on internal requirements from Policies, Guidelines
- Responsible to develop and implement a system to ensure the fulfilment of legal and company requirements
- Ensure that the documentation on Health, Safety and Risk at work (registers of equipments, dust and enzyme measurements, noise measurements, accidents, … ) is in accordance with country Law and Henkel SHE Standards
- Regularly spend time on the shop floor to be close to the operators and to identify the gaps and needs on shop floor level
- Recertification of ISO 9001; 14001, 50001; OSHAS
- Ensure the requirements of the reporting policy are fulfilled
- Support implementation and conduction of Management of change process
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the system of fire prevention and protection of the plant
YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s or bachelor's degree in engineering or quality related field
- Strong Experience in similar position within an industry (preferably multinational Company)
- Internal auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 50001; OHSAS 18001
- Experience in managing plants SHE Projects
- Strong Communication in both French and English and able to maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of the organization
