Job Description
Role:
- Responsible for implementing and leading learning initiatives within the hotel to establish a culture of continuous learning, development, and improvement.
- Develop and update technical training manuals and tools required by domain.
- Train departmental trainers.
- Ensure that departmental training schedules are established each month in advance.
- Coordinate training activities with the General Manager and Department Heads.
- Oversee the induction process and programs.
- Ensure the completion of all training sessions.
- Identify strategic partners for the development and delivery of training, as needed.
- Promote online learning within the hotel.
- Track participants attending external courses and training.
- Implement skill development, mentoring, and coaching programs to enhance employee competencies.
- Lead talent management programs and identify high-potential employees to support their career progression within the company.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in a similar position in training management and skills development.
- Proficiency in office tools and training management software.
- English required
