YOUR ROLE
- Preparation of pre-acceptance
- Prepare documentary collection files
- Prepare checks on the system
- Ensure all international payments triggered on time as per local regulations
- Manage bank performance and reporting related to international payments
- Optimise and manage the upstream and downstream flow of documents to ensure on time clearance
- Transit follow up
- Procurement follow up
- Delivery tracking
- Follow up reception of the goods at plants
YOUR SKILLS
- High degree in International Trade, logistics or equivalent
- Knowledge in International Trade laws and regulations
- Good experience in similar position preferably within an FMCG
- Office skills as well as SAP ones
- Communication easiness in French & English
- Team Player, organized and solution oriented
