The position


The HR Business Partner role at Novo Nordisk involves providing strategic HR support and advice to a specific business area within the organization. The key responsibilities of the role include acting as a translating business strategies and priorities into P&O responses, building organiza-tional capabilities, and delivering business results with and through the LMA and Global P&O organization. The HR Business Partner  will also coach leaders and teams on people-related issues and be responsible for other areas as defined by P&O and the business. This position reports to the LMA Senior P&O Manager.  Your main tasks will be:


•             Organizational Development and Effectiveness: Continuously review, assess, and evolve business processes to drive organizational efficiency, scalability, and agility in partnership with the Senior P&O Manager.


•             Culture and Engagement: Shape and foster an engaging, diverse, and inclusive employee environment rooted in the NN Way in partnership with the Senior P&O Manager.


•             Change Management: Accelerate the process and transition of change in parallel with the adoption of future skillsets, mindsets, and behaviours in partnership with the Senior P&O Manager.


•             Talent Management and Development: Build leadership capabilities and plans to address future needs and create opportunities for talent to reach their full poten-tial in partnership with the Senior P&O Manager.


•             Workforce Management: Facilitate systematic processes to understand and in-form future workforce needs, identify gaps, and develop plans to address, invest, and optimize resources in partnership with the Senior P&O Manager. Compliance and quality-related tasks and responsibilities will also be included in these tasks.


Qualifications


•             Post-graduate degree (Bachelor) or 4 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.


•             Healthcare industry experience preferred.


•             Work experience required: At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, 3 years partnering with business leaders and project management experience.


•             Desired: Strong English skills (verbal and written) and ability to travel (~10%).


•             Holding an HR Professional Certification is an added advantage


About the department


The team consists of 7 highly skilled HR professionals with expertise within HR Administration, Training and HR Business Partnering. The team is located at our 2 manufacturing sites in Algeria – in Boufarik and Tizi Ouzou. You will be responsible for securing the ongoing development of both the team and the individuals within the team.
