Your role:


  • You provide first-level support to managers and employees, answering HR-related queries
  • You handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
  • You participate actively in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, helping new hires integrate smoothly.
  • You manage payroll support and HR administration to ensure accurate, on-time payments.
  • You proceed with all day-to-day HR systems tasks and apply HR systems effectively.
  • You ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in handling employee data.

Your expertise and qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or related field.
  • A solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • First experience in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.
  • Experience with HR data management and documentation.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluent level in English and French language.
