HN Solution Representative (ANNABA  Algeria)

Danone MENA is looking for a talented Healthcare Nutrition Specialist (medical representative) to be based in Annaba, Algeria like you!

 In the context of Specialized Nutrition MENA, you will be responsible to drive and contribute to SN brand market share in the assigned area, build productive scientific-based HCP relationships, taking responsibility for HCP satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their health care nutrition needs.

 The candidate will also carry the following responsibilities:

• Promoting product ranges to healthcare professionals (pediatricians, general practitioners, health centers, hospitals, and clinics).

• Organizing and negotiating the presence of brands in maternity wards, in line with the medical strategy defined by the Medical Supervisor and Medical Director.

• Providing scientific and product training to pharmacies within their assigned area.

• Working closely with other DBNA&O medical representatives in the country, sharing information and experiences to foster collaboration.

• Implementing internal sales techniques within DBNAO to ensure maximum effectiveness in their activities.

• Implementing the action plan defined by the Medical Supervisor in their assigned area, including targeting, conferences, continuing medical education, local/international congresses, and measuring its effectiveness through key indicators.

• Recommending actions to the Medical Supervisor for the development of the country's medical action plan within their assigned area.

• Establishing a weekly and projected schedule of visits to healthcare professionals and ensuring the achievement of visit targets set by their supervisor.

• Adhering to BMS policies regarding the marketing of breast milk substitutes and other foods for infants and young children

To be successful in the role you should ideally have:

 Experience And Education:

• Education : Scientific Education (Medical, Biology, Pharmacy, Veterinary)
• Experience: at least 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant Filed

• Experience in Nutrition field and experience in the field of visits
