Danone MENA is looking for a Talented Healthcare Nutrition specialist based in Blida- Algeria like you!
Promote the product ranges to healthcare professionals (pediatricians, general practitioners, health centers, hospitals, and clinics).
Organize and negotiate the presence of the brands in maternity wards according to the medical strategy defined by the Medical Supervisor and the Medical Director.
Ensure scientific and product training for pharmacies in the designated area.
Work closely with other DBNA&O medical representatives in the country (sharing information and experiences) and promote exchanges.
Implement various internal sales techniques from DBNA&O in the designated area to ensure maximum activity efficiency.
Execute the action plan defined by the Medical Supervisor in the designated area (targeting, conferences, EPU, local/international congresses, etc.) and measure its effectiveness using key indicators.
Recommend actions to be implemented in the designated area to the Medical Supervisor in order to develop the country's medical action plan.
Establish a forecast and weekly schedule of visits to healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with the visit objectives set by the Supervisor.
Keep the reporting tool for activities provided by the Supervisor up to date and share it weekly and monthly, analyze activities, and propose corrective action plans.
Ensure competitive and sectoral monitoring and report information to the Medical Supervisor.
Ensure rigorous follow-up of the medical budget in the designated area
