Healthcare Nutrition Specialist (HNS) -Batna (6-month temporary contract)

Danone MENA is looking for a talented HN Representative Solution based in Batna, Algeria, like you (6-month temporary contract)

The medical representative represents the brands in his/her geographical area, he/she:

• Promotes product ranges to healthcare professionals (paediatricians, general practitioners, health centres, hospitals and clinics, etc.).

• Organizes and negotiates the presence of brands in maternity wards, according to the medical strategy defined by the Medical Supervisor and the Medical Director.

• Ensures the scientific and product training of pharmacies in his sector.

• Works in close collaboration with the other DBNA&O medical representatives in his/her country (information and sharing of experiences, etc.) and promotes exchanges.

• Implementing, in its sector, the various internal sales techniques at DBNAO in order to ensure maximum efficiency of its activity.

• Implements the action plan defined by the Medical Supervisor in his sector (targeting, conferences, UPRs, local/international congresses, etc.) and measures its effectiveness through key indicators.

• Recommends to the Medical Supervisor the actions to be implemented in his sector in order to develop the country's medical action plan.

• Establishes a provisional and weekly schedule of visits by health professionals, and ensures compliance with the visit objectives set by his Supervisor.

• Keeps up to date the reporting tool of his/her activity provided by his/her Supervisor; and the part-age with the latter on a weekly and monthly basis, analyzes its activity, and proposes corrective action plans.

• Ensure competitive and sector intelligence and report information to the Medical Supervisor.

• Ensures a rigorous monitoring of his medical budget in his sector.

To be successful in this role, you should ideally have:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Scientific background (medical, biology, pharmacy, veterinary).

• Experience in medical examinations

• Perfect command of the French language.

 •Mobility.
