En tant que
Regional Operations Manager, vous serez responsable de la planification de la capacité en court terme, notamment la prévision des pics de demande et l’optimisation des incentives (rush bonus). Vous travaillerez avec les équipes locales pour assurer une meilleure disponibilité des livreurs et chauffeurs aux moments critiques. 🧑💻 Profil Recherché :
+
4-6 ans d’expérience en
planification des opérations, logistique ou supply + en
ingénierie industrielle, ingénierie mécanique ou supply chain + érience avec des outils de
forecasting et simulation logistique (Arena, AnyLogic, Python, SQL, Excel avancé).
+ Connaissance des
stratégies d’optimisation de workforce et d’incitations + é à travailler en
mode agile et en collaboration avec des équipes locales et produit.
