Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage - Room Service Order Taker is responsible for receiving and processing guest orders for food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring guest satisfaction and delivering high-quality service.
Job Responsibility:
- Take orders from guests over the phone or in person, ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions following established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking items as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of orders.
