Engineering - Gardener Supervisor
Job Description
Job Summary:
The Engineering - Gardener Supervisor oversees and coordinates landscaping and gardening activities to ensure the proper maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces.
Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise a team of gardeners and landscapers to assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently.
2. Plan and schedule gardening activities, including planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing.
3. Monitor plant health and growth, identifying and addressing any issues such as pests or diseases.
4. Maintain and repair gardening equipment and tools.
5. Implement landscaping designs and layouts to enhance outdoor spaces.
6. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
7. Train and mentor team members on best practices in gardening and landscaping.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, cultivation, and maintenance techniques.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work well with a team.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to gardening and landscaping.
