Our team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our U.S-based clients' online sales platforms, ensuring maximum visibility, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 6 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), ensuring functionality, security, and user experience.
SEO and SEM Optimization: Enhance search engine rankings and drive traffic through keyword research, content optimization, and paid ads.
Product Catalog Management: Update and maintain product listings for accuracy and consistency.
Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze user behavior and market trends to improve conversion rates and site performance.
Customer Experience Enhancement: Work with marketing and customer service to improve the online shopping experience.
Analytics and Reporting: Generate reports on sales, site traffic, and customer engagement, providing actionable insights.
Digital Marketing Initiatives: Support digital marketing efforts including email marketing, social media ads, and influencer partnerships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience (X years) in an e-commerce role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices (e.g., SEO, SEM, UX/UI design, analytics tools).
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and relevant software.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
