Our client, a full-funnel media agency that helps consumer brands accelerate growth by balancing brand awareness and performance marketing, is seeking an E-Commerce Feed Manager to own and optimize product data feeds across multiple advertising platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment with client goals. This role will require strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in feed management tools. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM PST
Key Responsibilities
Product Feed Management – Manage the end-to-end process of product feed optimization, ensuring accuracy and alignment with campaign strategies.
Optimization & Testing – Work with media teams to test and enhance product data (titles, descriptions, categories, images) to improve performance.
Platform Integration – Oversee and manage feed integrations with platforms like Google Shopping, Meta, and other ad networks.
Vendor & Partner Management – Support the setup and integration of tools like Google Merchant Center, Facebook Commerce Manager, GoDataFeed, or Feedonomics.
Audit & Compliance – Conduct regular feed audits, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with advertising platform requirements.
Strategic Insights & Collaboration – Share best practices, communicate insights, and contribute to ongoing improvements in feed management strategies.

Well-Optimized Feeds – Feeds are consistently accurate, high-quality, and fully optimized for paid media campaigns.
Seamless Integrations – Efficient feed integrations with major platforms, ensuring data is synchronized and up to date.
Proactive Problem Solving – Quickly identifying and resolving feed-related issues to maintain campaign performance.
Data-Driven Strategy – Providing valuable insights and optimizations to enhance campaign results.
Strong Collaboration – Working effectively with internal teams and external partners to improve feed performance.
Qualifications
Experience – 3+ years in digital marketing, product feed management, or e-commerce advertising. Agency experience is a plus.
Technical Expertise – Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalogs, GoDataFeed, Feedonomics, and feed management tools is highly preferred.
Analytical Skills – Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, XML, SQL, and data feed concepts.
Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal English skills; ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
Time Management – Highly organized, self-sufficient, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Industry Passion – Interest in consumer marketing, advertising, and the agency space.
Remote Work Ready – Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with strong digital collaboration skills.
