Deal Advisory Intern

As a Deal Advisory Intern, you will work closely with our experienced consultants and senior advisors on a range of M&A, due diligence, restructuring, and financial analysis projects. You will be exposed to the strategic decision-making process and learn how to assist in advising clients on optimizing their business and financial performance.

Additionally, this role provides direct exposure to working with our regional teams in France and the UK, giving you the opportunity to collaborate across borders and gain valuable international experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare due diligence reports and transaction documentation.

• Support the preparation of pitch materials, client presentations, and reports.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Contribute to the identification of potential risks and opportunities within transactions.
• Support senior advisors in preparing client-facing documents and presentations.
• Work closely with regional teams in France and the UK, gaining insights into global deal advisory processes.
• Stay informed on market trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that could impact deal activities.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and French.
• A strong interest in M&A, corporate finance, or consulting.
