Shaping the maritime industry
. As a
Commercial Assistant in Maritime Logistics , your role will focus on growing existing account portfolio by securing new business from existing customers and hunting for new customers, as well as ensuring a profitable customer portfolio and aligning customer needs across operations through close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Main Responsibilities
Drive profitable sales growth on existing and new customers. Build sales pipeline and secure sales growth. Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to secure growth on existing and new accounts Together with the maritime logistics manager, set and reach ambitious targets for own customer portfolio. Ensure full compliance with sales governance. Ensure accurate and updated information in the dedicated platforms. Contract management, make sure accounts adhere to all terms, including credit. Develop sales plans for own portfolio. Implement and follow up on campaigns. Responsible for credit collections and credit risk management related to customer portfolio
Required experience and skills:
Bachelor degree. 02 years of work experience would be appreciated preferably in international sales Communication skills and good command of English & French (verbal & written) Ability to work independently by planning & organizing own work Ambitious and a strong desire for success with commercial mindset Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities. IT literate, ability to work on EXCEL, WORD, TEAMS, POWERPOINT and systems. Highly structured Results oriented
