YOUR ROLE

• Develop, steer and implement local marketing strategies by category and brand 
• Develop and lead the development of future growth segment and activity plan to ensure profitable growth 
• Prepare and present annual Brands Reviews and Marketing activity plan for the categories/brands portfolio
• Initiate Market Researches Make results analysis and reports with key conclusions and recommendations
• Be continuously informed on main markets, brands, products and categories development and trends at local and international level
• Lead and work very closely with Creative Agencies on BTL strategy and activities and ensure to meet the brands’ regional and local objectives and strategy
• Monitor and work very closely with Media department on categories/brands media strategy and ensure to meet regional and local brands’ targets and strategy

YOUR SKILLS

• Educational background (High Degree) in Marketing or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in similar position preferably in an FMCG
• Team Player and well organized
• Strong knowledge of the Algerian Market
• Good analytical skills
• Strong communication skills with good English (written and verbal)
• Focus on the objectives & results
• Open & ambitious
