We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven B2B Partner Marketing Strategist to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive engagement, referrals, and revenue from channel, technology, and strategic partners. In this role, you’ll take ownership of co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement programs, and event coordination, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy to increase partner engagement, referrals, and revenue.
Plan, execute, and analyze partner marketing initiatives such as joint webinars, content collaborations, email marketing, backlink sharing, and social media campaigns.
Manage partner-related events and sponsorships, including partner SKOs, customer gatherings, and conferences.
Collaborate with sales, partnerships, product marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on partnership initiatives.
Lead the creation and management of a partner enablement program, equipping partners with training, resources, and tools to market and sell effectively.
Educate the internal sales team on the partner ecosystem and how to leverage it for growth.
Support the Product Marketing team in establishing and managing the Partner Advisory Board and its meetings.
Oversee the partner marketing portal, ensuring materials are updated and easily accessible.
Analyze campaign performance and partner engagement metrics, using insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in partner marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
B2B marketing experience (must have prior experience in a marketing manager role or similar).

Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with responsiveness to partner and internal team needs.
Experience managing partner marketing programs, including events, enablement, and co-marketing campaigns.
Remote work experience, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing marketing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns accordingly.
