Interpath Advisory is looking for an Assistant Expenses & Timesheet to support regional teams. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing and management of employee expenses and timesheet submissions. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and timesheets in the accounting system.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to expenses and timesheet submissions.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and timesheet discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely reimbursement of employee expenses.
- Support the month-end closing processes related to expenses and time tracking.
- Identify and implement process improvements for expense management and timesheet submission.
- Involvement in other administrative tasks
