Join Our Team as an Area Operations Manager - North Africa
Rig Aftermarket is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operations across the North Africa region. If you are passionate about driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and making a tangible impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:



Leadership & Strategy: Oversee operations across multiple branches in North Africa, aligning activities with company objectives and delivering outstanding performance. Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and elevate overall efficiency. Team Development: Inspire and lead a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics and KPIs, taking proactive steps to address challenges and seize opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, spares, GDP, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of operations. Compliance & Quality: Conduct regular audits to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality control. Customer Satisfaction: Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline service delivery, and strengthen our market presence. Market Analysis: Analyze trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and government authorities to support business objectives. Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:



Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within operations, business development, or a similar field. Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, with experience in sales and manufacturing environments. Fluent in Arabic and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Knowledge of ISO Quality standards.
