Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant (TC) - ServiceNow RPA Engineer

Location: 1 Resource in India, 1 Resource in Mexico/South America (Must be fluent in English and Spanish)

Required Certifications & MUST

• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Minimum two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Experience in Nvidia

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow RPA solutions to automate business processes.
• Perform bot migration from Automation Anywhere to ServiceNow RPA.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow RPA components, including bots, workflows, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow RPA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for ServiceNow RPA development.
• Perform testing and validation of RPA solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow RPA configuration and bot migration from Automation Anywhere to ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex RPA solutions.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its integration capabilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and 1 manage multiple tasks.
