Remote Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven and focused Telesales Representative to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales and be confident when speaking to customers. The focus of the role is to call customers, advise of the availability of services.

• Make outgoing calls to customers to advise them about services that interest them.
• Take customer information and update it in the database as required.
• Explain service features to clients.
• Pass on leads to the outbound sales team if applicable.
• Pre-sell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.
• Understand the customers' needs and tailor the service to their needs.
• Be patient and have a polite and customer-focused telephone manner.
• Follow-up calls with emails if required.
