Position Overview: As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, responsible for generating sales and fostering positive customer interactions over the phone. You’ll leverage your sales skills and service knowledge to convert leads, nurture prospects, and achieve individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries, promoting and selling our products/services.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product/service offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the team to help improve our products/services and sales strategies.
