Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Support: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and manage inquiries professionally.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange patient appointments, coordinate with medical staff, and manage calendars.
• Medical Records Management: Maintain and update patient files, ensuring compliance with privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).
• Billing & Insurance: Assist with patient billing, verify insurance information, and process payments.
• Office Administration: Order supplies, manage correspondence, and support office workflow.
• Communication Liaison: Facilitate communication between patients, medical staff, and external providers.

Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
