Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. They will manage and supervise the accounting team, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and implement financial controls and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
2. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
4. Develop and implement financial controls and procedures
5. Monitor cash flow and manage cash flow projections

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an accounting manager
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Attention to detail and accuracy
