You will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients traditional service desk into a dynamic experience centre.

Description
Lead the reimagination of the service desk into an Experience Center, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.Manage and provide hands-on and remote assistance, event coordination, and VIP support to ensure seamless operations.Oversee the development and optimisation of digital spaces, including smart meeting rooms, boardrooms, collaboration rooms, and auditoriums.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, align on priorities, and drive adoption of new initiatives.Utilise data and analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
Profile
2-6 years of experience in IT/Digital Workplace support.Strong understanding of workplace support services and technologies, including smart meeting rooms, boardrooms, collaboration rooms, and auditoriums.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with agile methodologies and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Passion for innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
