Major Activities/Deliverables: which include but is not limited to:
∙ Should have well experience in welding, fabrication, Ship Building and Ship Repairing.
∙ SMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW & Aluminum Welding.
∙ Using torches and other cutting tools in an efficient and safe manner. ∙ Basic Knowledge of Welding Machine Repairing and Program Setting. ∙ Basic knowledge of drawing.
∙ Should follow the safety guidelines, during welding activities.
∙ Maintain clean and organized work areas.
∙ Should be able to work at site in operational vessels using proper PPE. ∙ Supervise the fire watch assistant, make sure to ensure the safety procedures. ∙ Assist in lifting operation, up slip/down slip of the boats.
∙ Carry out work as instructed by Superiors.
Academic Qualification:
∙ Diploma / ITI
Qualification and Experience
∙ 2-3 years in a similar job.
∙ Communication skill.
