Our market-leading solutions serve publicly listed companies globally, empowering them to engage with investors and enhance transparency through powerful digital tools. At Euroland IR, we are committed to innovation, client success, and setting the highest standards in IR technology. 


We are seeking experience to lead/support our creative team and elevate our design standards across UI/UX, product, and website design initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on design expertise to drive innovation in both user experience and investor relations. 


Key Responsibilities


  • Establish and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices across all our tools and websites 
  • Drive the development and implementation of user-centered design processes 
  • Oversee the creation of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for products and websites 
  • Conduct user research, functionality testing, and gather feedback for improvement in the designs 
  • Conduct and analyze UX research to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction 
  • Develop and optimize design strategies for investor relations materials and communications 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design initiatives with business objectives 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and bring innovative design solutions to the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related design role, with a portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and successful digital design initiatives. 
  • Preferably seeking an Arabic-speaking candidate with website experience 
  • Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator) and Figma, with a strong understanding of design workflows. 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. 
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture, with the ability to apply these concepts strategically to enhance user experience. 
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present design ideas/concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels. 
  • A proactive, detail-oriented Individual with a passion for driving design excellence, ensuring that all designs align with expectations. 
  • Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in managerial or leadership capacity, preferably in a corporate environment
