§Ensure agreed standard of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all areas assigned in accordance with correct procedure and administration.
§Maintained all equipment, furniture and furnishings in the premises in good working order in accordance with correct procedure and administration.
§Attend clients / customers complaints and other related requirements swiftly and accurately.Maintain the visitor and contractor log book
§Identify and anticipates client/customer requirements and needs to be coordinated to the Supervisor when required.
§Take corrective action against emergency situations and immediately report to the Site Supervisor.
§Ensure that cleaning standard is adhered to at all times as per the building’s Health and Safety Policies.
§Responsible for the building plot area 24x7 hours and Handling the building keys
§Should be sitting in the main reception of the building.
§Sweep and mop clean floor of common areas including fire hose cabin, stairs/landings and dust clean handrails.
§Clean Floors and walls of garbage room and toilets and all toilet fittings with suitable disinfectant and cleaning agent.
§Certificatein Primary Education with relevant experience of 2-3 years in the Cleaning / Housekeeping industry, ability to work withminimum supervision.
§Mustbe physically and mentally fit to perform the job requirements.
§Abilityto demonstrate basic Literacy and Numeracy
§Mustdisplay good manners and tidiness.
§Knowledgeof security
§CommunicationSkills should be good as fluent in written and spoken English will be anadvantage.
Middle East drivingexperience will be preferred but is not essential
