This Warranty Specialist will be directly and functionally reporting to
the Service Director and GMD GM.
The purposes of the Warranty Specialist are the following:
Daily Warranty Claim Review
Warranty Claim Analysis
Distributor Warranty Management Guidance
Warranty Claim Settlement and Traceback
Warranty Audit
Warranty Claim System Development
Local Warranty Policy Compilation
KEY
RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
Responsible for the review of warranty claims such as PDI, IM,
Pre-approval Request, Warranty Claim on time, ensuring the timeliness,
effectiveness, and accuracy.
According to the Warranty Claim cost, finish the claim cost analysis.
Responsible for providing business guidance and training to claim
specialists of Distributors in the region.
Responsible for completing the distributor warranty policies as required
and compiling the warranty database for required vehicle models.
Responsible for conveying the Warranty Policy and related management
documents, communicating with distributors in the region, and resolving issues
raised by distributors.
Responsible for settlement and payment of warranty claims from
distributors, and traceback settlement of claims that the company should bear.
Responsible for coordinating and planning the audit of distributor
warranty business in accordance with audit policy requirements and promoting
the improvement of distributor audit and inspection audit issues.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of overseas after-sales
Warranty Claim System.
Responsible for the extended warranty cost analysis, and local warranty
policy set up.
Deal with related service section (Technical, Quality, Spare Parts, CRM)
on warranty claim top issues.
Responsible for rational team configuration.
Temporary work arranged by leaders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Bachelor’s degree - Major in automotive or automotive maintenance.
Familiar with basic technical knowledge of automotive industry.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in after-sale claims management or
technical support.
Strong communication skills and capable of collaborating with internal and
external stakeholders.
English is Mandatory and Chinese or Arabic is preferred
Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and other daily
office software.
