We’re looking for Warranty & Core Returns Specialistin Dubai whom will be responsible for developing and implementing Policies and Guidelines, relating Warranty Claims against units built in-house or sourced by our Manufacturing or Refurbishment Locations. The role will support claims made by both internal and external customers. Responsible for managing cost recovery against Original Equipment Manufacturers, this will be a key deliverable as will the Core Return Program with key OEM’s, on time, within budget and to quality standards.

What you’ll do:
Manage & Lead Investigations into Warranty Claims, levying OEM coverage and internal expertise
Oversight of the Core Return Program with Key OEM’s and Internal Stakeholders
Ensure Components are registered with OEMs for Warranty & Emissions Compliance
Review Failure Data of recurring failures and corrective action.
Monthly Reporting on Warranty & Core Return Progress
Using data to drive decision making and efficiencies in returns and warranty management
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
5 years of experience in working with OEM Warranty Claims & Processes as a Customer or Supplier.
Technically Competent and understands Aggreko Equipment
Great Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Ability to lead others through influence, engage and interact with multiple nationalities.
Expert in Data Analytics and Software Tools
