The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouses
operations.
KEY
RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
Managing inventory levels with accurate stock control.
Coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, and
maintaining efficient workflows.
Updating inventory records and optimizing space utilization.
Conduct a quality control check on products from the time they arrive
from the supplier until they are delivered to stores or shipped to franchisees,
which also includes proper packing of items.
Ensure timely deliveries to meet company and customer demands.
Ensuring that safety and compliance standards are met, while also
managing the warehouse team.
Training the warehouse team.
Create warehouse SOPs to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Knowledge of shipping to GCC and other countries in the Middles East.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Experience: 7 to 10 years of solid experience in warehouse management,
specifically handling multiple stores; logistics experience is a plus.
UAE Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in the UAE.
Industry Background: Experience in any industry is welcome; prior
experience with logistics companies like DHL or Aramex is a plus.
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP
systems for inventory management.
Physical Requirements: The role may involve physically demanding tasks,
including heavy lifting and extended standing periods. Candidates should be
comfortable with these job requirements.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Work schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour break, 6 days a
week.
Availability: Candidates should be available to join immediately or
within one month.
