Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Waiter / Waitress who is fluent in Russian to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to guests while taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Job Responsibility:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to guests
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Waiter / Waitress or in a similar role
- Fluent in Russian with good communication skills in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
