Job Description

The role is responsible for driving internal business transformation initiatives by partnering with key PCG, Enablement & Control stakeholders


  • Lead Transformation initiative implementation teams comprising staff across business and enablement/support functions, using influence to ensure initiatives are delivered on-time and generate the desired business impact
  • Apply strong organisation skills and governance best practices to create transparency on workstream and initiative performance
  • Take ownership of workstream issues and challenges, deploying problem solving and analytical skills, content knowledge and influence to collaboratively develop resolutions that deliver the desired impact.
  • Drive communication for relevant initiatives (as required)
  • Develop effective relationships including spearheading Change Management within PCG
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with cross-functional colleagues to positively influence the strategic direction of the business
  • Lead simplification of CX E2E journeys to create transformational experiences through digital assets

  • Customer Focus – understand customer perspective when developing requirements and ensuring fit for purpose customer friendly solution are designed
  • Strong communication skills are required to draw out requirements and to challenge where appropriate and to establish bond with key stakeholders
  • A high degree of self-assurance/initiative and business sense is required to perform responsibilities independently or collaboratively in a team environment as required

Qualifications
  • Must have Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in business related fields
  • 10+ years experience in Banking Industry, preferably corporate and investment banking
  • Must have experience in Strategy, Business management and/or Operations/Technology project execution with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Project Management skills required to drive a large scale transformation
