Job Description
To manage treasury analytics function to deliver
a. Value-add analytics around areas such as NIM, FTP, IR Risk Transfer etc. towards performance review of businesses including effective internal customer engagement.
b. Projects, systems initiatives and enhanced BAU processes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) implementation and reporting in line with Group FTP Policy and specific mandates approved by Group ALCO. Integrated solution delivery from Business, Group Finance & Group Risk perspective Responsible for value-add analytics around Net Interest Margin (NIM) and FTP of Lines of Business, Countries and Products Responsible for ensuring good internal customer satisfaction and employee engagement levels where team is completely aligned with ‘Customer First’ program Responsible for delivery of projects and system initiatives related to FTP including wider Group Finance engagement Responsible for validation and accuracy of FTP projections in Budget/Forecast process. Responsible for enhancements to standard month end process towards faster month end cycle and improved support to business finance teams Responsible for roll out of FTP at new international locations and group entities Responsible for ensuring compliance with operational risk and internal audit controls related to team’s functions

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
Master’s degree in Business Administration, CFA, CA or any related discipline. Formal education in Finance discipline per post graduate levels specified above.
Minimum Experience
Functional
Senior background in finance, analysis, strategic planning, banking and financial markets Senior background working with banking systems coupled with value add/ futuristic view of reporting nuances Strategic overview of financial transactions with a 360degree view of risk, returns and intermediate processes Commercially oriented mindset and keen awareness of significant trends in financial markets and banking
Behavioral
Strong leadership skills to drive cross functional teams in delivering assigned mandates Strong sense of integrity and responsibility to manage complex deliverables with variables outside direct area of influence Strong decision-making skills to manage constraints, difficult situations and deliver on expectations
