About The Role

Main responsibility of the role is to manage the visual merchandising activities across the owned and operated retail outlets within Atlantis Dubai and Aquaventure World. Person in this role will work closely with the Buying and Merchandising Manager and under the general guidance of Director of Retail on creating interesting, visually appealing and commercially driven displays to maximise potential revenue and enhance the guest experience.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

• Planning and executing seasonal and promotional displays across multiple retail shops, ensuring consistency and high impact
• Creating innovative and visually engaging shop layouts and window displays that draw customers in and encourage purchases
• Collaborating with Retail Operations Managers, Assistant Managers and the marketing department to ensure consistency and innovation in every shop
• Training operations team on visual merchandising principles to ensure stock replenishment meets expectations and visual merchandising guidelines
• Providing visual merchandising guidelines to operations teams including opening and closing merchandising checklists
• Ensuring Atlantis brand identity, values and messages are consistently communicated through all visual merchandising efforts, working with marketing to gain relevant approvals

About You

Our ideal candidate will have solid experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the leisure, attraction, cultural or fashion retail sector. Experience working across multiple shop outlets of different concepts and with diverse target groups is highly desirable. To succeed in this role you should have strong creative flair, a strategic mindset to deliver quality results across multiple project and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.
