We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both long-form and short-form video production, with a deep knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production management. We are looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling, has a keen eye for detail, and can think creatively to produce unique and engaging content. Key Responsibilities:
Operate cameras and manage lighting and sound equipment during shoots.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop ideas, scripts, and shot lists.
Manage the aspects of pre-production, including location scouting, scheduling, and casting.
Ensure seamless post-production, including video editing, sound mixing, and color grading.
Specialise in long-form video production with an ability to adapt content for short-form platforms.
Provide creative input to enhance the overall look and feel of videos.
Oversee the entire video production process from concept to delivery.
Work closely with editors, videographers, and other team members to deliver high-quality video content.
RequirementsQualifications:
Proven experience as a Video Producer with a portfolio showcasing long-form and short-form content.
Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and sound.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Great attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in creating content for digital platforms, particularly YouTube and Instagram.
