Vice Principal

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice Principal to join our school leadership team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a UAE National with a family book, who has previously served as a Principal and brings a deep understanding of the UAEs educational landscape. This role is essential in supporting the schools mission, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and driving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in overseeing daily school operations, ensuring alignment with educational standards and school policies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to faculty and staff, encouraging continuous professional development and high standards in teaching practices
• Support the implementation of curriculum initiatives and ensure they meet UAE educational standards
• Manage student affairs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that promotes student well-being and academic success
• Collaborate with the administrative team on strategic planning, budgeting, and school improvement initiatives
• Facilitate parent communication and engage with the wider school community to foster a positive school culture
• Ensure regulatory compliance with UAE Ministry of Education policies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational laws and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Principal or equivalent leadership role in education
• Proven track record of effective school administration and team leadership
• Strong understanding of UAE educational regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff effectively
• High organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and make sound decisions
